I have traveled the world with Nick Higgins and seen the tenacity of his work under tough circumstances. I have seen his deep commitment to “getting it right,” whether it be capturing stunning b-roll or setting up an interview with the minimum of tools and still making it look unique. I believe he will be one of those cinematographers whose name will be familiar to all people who love how movies look.

Nick is professional, gregarious, creative, energetic and his camera work is outstanding. Never for a moment believe that actors, animals and kids are the hardest subjects to work with. Outlaw bikers are hard, honest, unforgiving, and do not suffer fools. They are very comfortable and at ease with Nick. I plan to work with him for a very long time.

Nick is a dynamic cinematographer with a beautiful eye and a keen understanding of people, lighting and process. If anyone has the opportunity to work with Nick I am certain they will want to continue the partnership throughout their lifetime. A jewel indeed.
